Refund Policy

At Shescent.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality perfumes and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at shescent.in@gmail.com or call us at +91 97129 42575.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of perfumes (personal care and hygiene products), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • We have No return Policy.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • For wrong Products and damaged or defective product will given replacement and delivered in 3-7 business days from the date the product is returned.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partner (beyond our control).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • COD orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer.
